Refund Policy

For 2020 Spring Season cancellation options please go to this page

FCSB may issue refunds upon request minus a $30.00 administration fee per registered player or $90.00 maximum administration fee per family. 

If the request for refund comes after uniform orders are placed, then the cost of the uniform will also be deducted from the refund amount.

No refunds will be given once the season begins unless the player is unable to participate due to medical reasons. Then a prorated refund may be awarded upon request.

Be sure to provide your name and mailing address, also the children’s names for which you are requesting a refund.

 This will be the most efficient method, we can verify the information on our database before we issue the refund check.
Please understand that we are all volunteers, and we try to respond as quickly as possible to your requests.  

You will see the email requesting the check be issued, along with system requests cancelling the registrations.
